Since 2017, the AStA Christmas market has established itself as a permanent institution at Paderborn University and every year enjoys a great level of enthusiasm among students and members of the university.

In particular, the student prices and the lovely decorations offer a great setting for a cozy get-together in the upcoming Advent season.

At the Christmas market there were several Christmas market huts with a wide variety of hot drinks and food, such as mulled wine, hot chocolate, waffles and crêpes. There was also a tombola. The huts and the tombola were looked after by the student representatives and other initiatives.

A large marquee provided space for cultural and musical performances and a mobile grill van provided for the physical well-being.
